Having been a licensed second hand dealer for over 25 years I can count on one hand the refund requests I have had. My customers satisfaction is of utmost importance to me.
All items are second hand unless stated otherwise. There may be slight ware consistent with use.
Items have been photographed to give a clear indication of condition, and I stand behind the quality and condition of the items I offer for sale and hope your purchase brings as much joy to you as it did to me when I found it.
If however you believe the the description or images of the item you have purchased were inaccurate and you are not satisfied with the condition of your purchase you can contact us at email@example.com We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

All lamps are rewired to Australian Electrical Standards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items .
